Resolved

An issue was identified with one of our switches failing to communicate with the upstream peer, causing a BGP outage.

Engineers were sent on site but the issue was not resolved. Further investigations upstream followed, leading to a discovery that a connection was not being made due to RSTP.

We will make changes to help prevent this from occurring again.

We have found that the incident is isolated to one cabinet in our AMS2 region. We are working to get this rectified.
